Preston Wynne Spa at Hotel Los Gatos is open seven days a week.
Spa Hours:
Monday 10am-8pm (please note the 2nd Monday of each month the spa opens at 3:30pm due to our monthly staff meeting)
Tues-Thurs 10am-9pm
Fri & Sat 9am-9pm
Sun 10am-6pm
Dress
We provide all needed spa wear for your services; please feel free to come
to the spa “as you are”. We provide locker rooms for both men
and women. For your comfort and privacy, guests are fully draped during body
treatments.

Guest Facilities Fee and Registration
Spa visitors are guests of the Hotel Los Gatos as well as Preston Wynne Spa. For day guest privileges, including use of the pool, whirlpool, relaxation terrace please request Day Guest Amenities with your reservation.
• A Day Guest Amenities
Fee of $20 per person per day entitles you to the
use of the Hotel Los Gatos pool, parking, spa locker/changing
facilities, and spa lounge.

A year-long Day Spa Membership, entitling you to unlimited use of the facilities as a Day Guest,
is $99. Membership privileges may be enjoyed whenever visiting the spa for a
service. Program Restrictions: Your access key is valid
for the date of your spa appointment only. Availability may be limited due
to hotel guest and special event priority, and hotel blackout dates may apply. Advance
reservations are required.

Reservations
• To ensure the best selection of appointment times, we strongly recommend making spa reservations prior to arrival. We regret that we cannot guarantee the availability of spa appointments on any specific day or time.
• Group reservations must be made in advance of arrival to ensure proper schedule coordination and a satisfying spa experience. Please contact our spa manager to schedule your group event.
• All spa reservations
must be guaranteed with a credit card or Preston
Wynne Hotel Los Gatos gift certificate.
Spa
Amenities
The spa is intimate in scale, providing skin and body care services, makeup and nail care. We are located on the lower level of the main building.
Our expanded spa lounge provides a comfortable place to relax between appointments. It also allows us to offer private spa events or parties for up to 14 people. Ask our Guest Relations Manager for details on scheduling your next birthday, reunion, anniversary, or pre-wedding event.
Light refreshments are offered in the lounge. Please let us know in advance so we may schedule your services appropriately.
Well-appointed men's and women's locker rooms include dry saunas and steam showers. An array of grooming essentials is provided, including hair, body, and skin care products. We also provide blow dryers, but suggest you bring your favorite hair styling tools.
For those interested in sharing a spa experience with a friend, our Nail Suite has also been enhanced to allow for simultaneous treatments. You can literally kick-back in our leather recliner for your pedicure while your friend enjoys her manicure in the same cozy room.
Security
Please leave valuables at home or in a hotel safe. We regret we are unable to secure jewelry and valuables in the spa.
Cancellation
and Rescheduling
• Day guests are asked to provide 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Hotel guests are asked to provide 8 hours notice.
• There is a cancellation “Flex fee” of $40 per hour of service reserved, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• If the appointment time is filled, no fee is charged. We make every effort to fill vacated appointments and avoid making a charge to our guests.
• Groups have a separate cancellation protocol, described in our Group Event Agreement; it is based on the size and scope of the event.
Gift Certificates
• Gift certificates can be issued in any denomination, and do not expire. They can be redeemed for any product or service at Preston Wynne’s Hotel Los Gatos location.
• Gift certificates can be ordered online and by phone. For an additional fee, gift certificates can be sent overnight by Federal Express, provided the order is placed by 10 a.m. the previous day.
• Only gift certificates
issued by Preston Wynne Hotel Los Gatos can
be honored at this facility. Preston Wynne’s
Saratoga facility shares management but is
under separate ownership, and has its own separate
gift program. Please contact the spa manager
if you have any questions or concerns.
In-Room Treatments
• Massage therapy is available by appointment to registered guests before, during and after spa operating hours, in their guest room. Please contact our spa concierge for details. Additional fees apply.
• Please note that appointments for in-room treatments must be made during spa operating hours, while our reservations desk is open.
• We carefully select and screen our highly trained, certified massage therapists, to help ensure the security and well-being of our guests. All therapists check in with hotel management prior to and following in-room appointments. Inappropriate conduct during a treatment will terminate the appointment; hotel management will be notified of any such event.
Group Events
• Groups of four or more persons should contact our spa manager to ensure the most relaxing and enjoyable group event. We will be happy to help coordinate the optimum schedule of treatments and activities.
