Our reservation desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call (408) 741-5525 and one of our friendly spa concierges will assist you. You may also e-mail your appointment request to info@prestonwynnespa.com.

   The Member Guest Program
Frequent guests of the spa earn the privileges of our wonderful Member Guest Program. As a Member, you're entitled to a host of VIP benefits and perks, including a dedicated toll-free "hotline" for priority service, monthly newsletter and e mail alerts for private sales. All spa guests accrue "points" for purchases at a rate of one point per dollar spent on products or services. (Gift card purchase points are awarded to the recipient's account as they are spent.) If you accrue 1000 points in one year, 750 points in 6 months, or 500 points in 3 months, you qualify for membership. We will automatically enroll and notify you. Memberships have a term of one year but automatically renew for all qualified guests. Purchasing a series of treatments is a fast and easy way to earn membership. Please ask your esthetician, body therapist, or spa concierge about series purchases. In addition to the series discount, you'll receive all the privileges of Membership!

   Amenities
Our spa is intimate in scale and wonderfully private. Our cozy lounge, garden balcony and thoughtfully appointed shower and changing rooms provide a comfortable and luxurious visit. Because of our limited size, we manage these resources to ensure that they are available when you wish to use them. Please be sure to let us know when scheduling your appointments if you would like to avail yourself of the shower, locker/changing rooms or lounge areas. They are reserved for our guests on a first-come, first-served basis.


   Spa Wear

A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers are provided whenever guests visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment. Lockers are also available at any time by request. Please "come as you are" to Preston Wynne-we will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation.


   Refreshments

We provide a full refreshment service for all guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or the day. This includes a selection of teas, fresh fruit, energy bars, and high protein snacks like roasted nuts and soy nuts. When making your appointments, let us know if you'd like to relax in the lounge and enjoy refreshments before or after your treatments.


   Product Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know immediately if a product does not meet your expectations; because of the broad selection we offer, your body therapist or esthetician will be able to suggest an excellent alternative to meet your needs. We're committed to your happiness!


   Gift Giving

Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product. They can be delivered by mail or overnight service. There is a small postage and handling charge for gifts sent by mail, and an additional charge for overnight service. Gift cards can conveniently be ordered online at www.prestonwynnespa.com. After June 15, 2006, Preston Wynne will no longer accept Spa Finder Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your gift. Thank you!.

   Gift Card Security
Because it can be used just like cash, please keep your gift card in a safe place. We regret that Preston Wynne cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for unauthorized use. However, unlike most merchants who issue gift cards, Preston Wynne will research a missing card for a nominal fee. Beginning December 1, 2004, Preston Wynne Spa will conduct research on a missing card for $25, which can be deducted from value of any missing gift card or billed separately. Please notify us immediately if a card is misplaced, as we require 72 hours notice to research a card and the card data is needed to guarantee spa reservations. Research requires the name of the original purchaser and the approximate date of the purchase. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope that your gift card experience is a very pleasant one!

   Spa Gift Registration

Would you like to "register" for a spa gift? Visit us online at prestonwynnespa.com, or call our spa concierge and ask to register for "Spa Hints". We will send a timely, tasteful e-mail hint to anyone you choose, gently suggesting the perfect spa gift for you, their special someone, two weeks prior to the occasion. (You can even register on behalf of friends or family whose loved ones are clueless!)


   Our FlexFee Cancellation Program

Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation/rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility. 1. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. 2. Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings-just like you, we'd much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation. 3. Guests are responsible for just $35 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it's a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug. We appreciate your understanding. 4. The FlexFee is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.


   Group Events
For parties of five or more, please contact Guest Services Manager Kathleen Kane about your group event. She can be reached at (408) 741-1750, ext. 28. Depending on the size and nature of the group, a Group Event Fee may be applicable, and deposits are sometimes required to guarantee reservations.

   Parking

2-hour parking is available on Big Basin Way and its side streets, and is strictly enforced. We recommend the public lot behind our shopping center, which is accessed from 4th Street and offers unlimited parking.
